I've tested this update by deploying a containerd / etcd cluster on top CentOS7,
MetalLB + NGINX Ingress. Upgrade using upgrade-cluster.yml

* Minor linting fixes from yamllint
* Changing CI to install python pkgs from requirements.txt
- adding in a secondary requirements.txt for tests
- moving yamllint to tests requirements
