This changes MetalLB contrib to one of addons for deploying MetalLB with
Kubernetes cluster deployment. By the default, Kubespray doesn't deploy
MetalLB addon.
This updates MetalLB README as following
- Remove unnecessary markdown to read it easily on github
- Make words consistency (kubernetes, loadbalancer)
- Add change-required option
